When you book your appointment, that time slot is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request you do so 48 hours in advance so that I may have the opportunity to schedule another client and to also give that client ample time to make his or her own scheduling arrangements.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a $35 late cancel fee and is due before the next appointment.
No-Show:
If you are more than 15 minutes late or miss your appointment, then the appointment is considered a no-show and a $35 fee is due before the next appointment.
For NEW clients, a no-show or late cancel is a forfeit of deposit.

As a lash tech, it is with great pride that I provide the highest level of personalized service for each of my clients. Due to the increased number of appointments left vacant from no-shows and late-cancels, I had to implement a formal policy regarding this issue. I understand that there are circumstances in life that are out of one’s control, but please kindly understand that business must go on. Waivers will be taken into consideration for situations such as loss of a loved one or childbirth.
